We do ask all suppliers/clients and staff to ensure on entering our premises to wash their hands thoroughly.

Deliveries into Hercules?
All deliveries MUST be booked in via email@example.com
We reserve the right to refuse all deliveries not booked in
Drivers will be reminded to wash their hands before entering our premises
All nonessential/non signed for deliveries can be left at reception
Whilst the majority of us have families and the latest news will put strains on us all, we remain committed to opening our doors whilst remaining safe to do so.
From 23/03 we will put in place our emergency rota, this will see our staff work part of the week from the office and the rest from home.
From a customer point of view nothing will change. The warehouse will continued to be manned also in order to fulfil orders received

Telephones: Our calls divert to mobile at the click of a button. So we can continue to receive calls to our main office number. Should you need emergency contact details are to the left.
Order dispatches: Should the UK find themselves in a ‘lock down’ situation, all orders/distribution will be suspended. Customers are kindly asked to consider having messages on their websites regarding the current and possible situation
