Following the PM’s announcement yesterday evening we all find ourselves in unprecedented times. With the welfare of both ourselves, staff, suppliers and customers in mind after today Hercules will be mainly closed for the three week period, with the following being a priority over the next few weeks:
We will continue to support all orders which are destined for the NHS or are for a medical nature.
Should you have an urgent order please do let us know via email to your usual recipients/mailbox. We will do our upmost to fulfil and dispatch these ASAP
Order Cut Off
Orders received for the above two categories will for the short term now be fulfilled daily with a cut off of 11.30am
All URGENT deliveries will continue to be accepted however, they must now be booked in via email to firstname.lastname@example.org with at least 72 hours’ notice. Information must include number of pallets and description of goods.
Delivery would need to take place prior to 1pm
None booked in deliveries will be refused. Please can we refrain for delivery of non-urgent/non-essential goods for a three week period
All goods would need to be removed from the vehicle to the front of our premises – no internal access will be granted
