Our story started way back in 1991 when Steve Grys began Hercules Direct Marketing. In the early days the main focus of the business was to provide quality data to customers for mailing, this business has subsequently grown over the years to become the company it is today.
We have seen many changes along the way and over the last decade, one of the key changes has been to develop and implement a pick and pack / order processing operation heavily supported by various ISO accreditations as well as MHRA.
Since 2008 we have been located in a purpose built industrial estate, providing both the room, flexibility, security and ease of access to the major road networks needed for the businesses of today.
Our site benefits from CCTV throughout, stringent access control and a redcare alarm system to ensure our customers goods are always in safe hands and treated like they are our own

Steve Grys
Founder
Steve has been there since the start and in his former life was a teacher, we believe this is where his love for marking things in red pen comes from. Steve’s main focus is Customer Management & Sales.

Sally Strudwick
Managing Director
Sally has been with Hercules for 16 years and became a Director in 2013. Sally is focused on all aspects of quality control and so long as she has coffee in hand is a happy bunny.

Charlotte McNee
Office Manager
As office manager Charlotte is an essential member of Hercules’ management team and has responsibility for ensuring all projects are completed to their timescales. The staff are always nice as she also manages their wages.
