As an online retailer, you have little time as it is, so why over work yourself, when we can help, allowing you TIME to GROW and LAUNCH the business even further rather than manage and despatch the orders.  We pride ourselves in the packing & picking process we do.  We are a little different as those extra touches you would do, we do too.  From hand written notes to a spritz of perfume. Nothing is too much trouble and all whilst remaining cost efficient.

All of our integration is seamless and will allow YOU to stay in control, from viewing order statuses, tracking, through to any queries during the process.  The system allows you to view, edit and even amend as needed all with a few clicks of a button

Receiving the orders

  • Fully integrate your system with ours.  We can connect to all the main shopping platforms as was as a few of the more bespoke/unknown
  • Integration can be completed in as little as 15 minutes, including allowing you access to view stock, orders & much more
  • Once the integration is complete orders will be automatically synchronised between our fulfilment & warehouse and you with shipping updates and despatch confirmations to end customers with no human intervention

Order Picking & Packing

At our warehouse fulfilment centre orders are currently picked 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) and all our customers have a same-day cut-off for despatch as standard.

To enable us to facilitate this and complete fulfilment, orders are picked and packed using a double barcode verification process with scanners at employee level so we can set the right task to the right operator.  Each operator can view the items at SKU level allowing for quick and thorough order picking.

 

Products of all shapes, sizes & destinations

At our distribution warehouse we do not discriminate on the size, shape & destination of the order (within the guidelines of the carriers of course), we have been known to pack a vast variety of items including:

  • Books & Magazines
  • Make up/Beauty Products
  • Clothing/Swimwear
  • Tableware
  • Birthing resources/Teaching Materials

to name but a few…. we also deliver throughout the world from small document-size packages through to pallets!

We will work with you to find the most suitable way of picking and packing your order to make sure your customer receives their order and leaves a 5* review for you.

 

Minimum order volume?

At Hercules we do not set a minimum order volume, but we do have a set fixed monthly fee for storage & customer management which is applied to the account.  We ideally like to see a minimum of 25 orders per week.

 

Warehouse Fulfilment Centre

Orders can be picked, packed and despatched in the same day sometimes within the hour of being placed!

You will always be fully up to speed with the status of the order by the online portal. We can even send an email notification to you once despatched if you wish!

Orders can be followed from the status of new, awaiting picking through to packed and despatched.  It doesn’t stop there, from the click of a button you can see real time tracking (if selected) and raise/view any queries which may occur on the order journey from checkout to customer receipt.
